The first annual conference “Customer Analytics Forum 2015” was held with great interest

  • The forum was attended by over 60 representatives from 33 companies, including CEOs, marketing and CRM managers, leaders in the fields of sales, customer service and data analysis.

    During the event, we showed how companies can extract maximum benefit from the available customer data and how to build the most effective customer relationships, thus increasing sales and profits. In the forum we also discussed the ways of how companies can make money from available customer data, extend the life of customers, stimulate customer activity and gain a competitive advantage.

    We saw the ways to combine and analyze customer data in order to better understand customer behavior. We also showed examples of Operational and Analytical CRM systems and how both are used in the process of forming a comprehensive and complete process of managing customer relationships. Leaders from Allianz, UniCredit Consumer Financing, LD LTD, 11235 Ltd, and Team Vision Bulgaria shared information about specific projects in which predictive modeling was used to retain customers, build a marketing strategy, create a response modeling for customers retention and value adding and more.
