The workshop "How to increase profits by using analytical CRM?" aims to familiarize participants with the practical scope for using Predictive Analysis and Analytical CRM. During the event we will discuss the different types of customer segmentation models (behavioral, value driven, churn based) that can help you predict Next Customer Actions. The knowledge you gain can be used for creating partial automation of your marketing and CRM activities and for organizing more highly targeted marketing campaigns.
The seminar will be led by Mr. Apostol Mushmov, who has internationally recognized scientific and practical experience in the field of applied mathematics and analysis. Author of the book "Reverse Marketing - CRM", as well as numerous publications in this area. Over the past 10 years he’s held senior positions in large companies in insurance, telecom and finance.
