On 14 October 2014, 11235 Ltd. participated in “CRM Еvolution 2014”. Mr. Sofronii Dimitrov who is our Managing Partner, presented CuDeLa (Customer Development Laboratory), our analytical CRM software that helps our clients learn more about their customers’ needs, plan their communications with them, marketing campaigns and sales activities to various target groups.
