Easy Credit and 11235 Ltd. participated with a joint presentation during the May 2016 BAPM Conference „Building a Future-Ready Organization“, which took place in RIU Pravets, May 26 – 28 2016.

Nadezhda Nedeva, HR Specialist in Easy Asset Management and Ivan Milev, Product Manager in 11235 Ltd. presented the Gamification platform “Program Super Professional” implemented in Easy Credit for the purpose of supporting the work of thousands of credit consultants across Bulgaria.

During the presentation Nadezhda Nedeva and Ivan Milev gave an account of how and why Easy Credit has decided to implement the gamification platform and briefly described the implementation stages, and the gamification techniques and mechanics developed in the platform in order to achieve the desired business objectives. The presenters shared with the audience the benefits of gamification in general, as well as the benefits and measurable results for Easy Credit.
