On 11 November 2014 we held a seminar on „Loyalty Programs with Gamification“. The event was led by Mr. Apostol Mushmov, analytical guru, author and out of the box thinker involved in the development of many similar programs in different sectors.
The seminar was attended by executives, marketing and CRM managers, analysts, people responsible for strategy and sales and many other professionals from leading companies in the banking, telecommunications and insurance sectors, entrepreneurs and others.
