11235Ltd. participated in HR Industry 2016, held on 11 February 2016 at the Hilton Hotel in Sofia.
In addition to the exhibition space 11235 took part in the seminar program at the event, presenting the latest trends in products and services in the field of human resources. Apostol Mushmov, visionary and Managing Director of 11235 Ltd., presented Gamification as a new standard for successful companies. During the presentation, which enjoyed strong interest by all participants, Mr. Mushmov gave some practical advice how to increase employees’ engagement and motivation by introducing Gamification in organizations of different types.
